Shipping fees will be shown at your checkout. Your order will be processed within the next business day for delivery. Your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days. We ship everyday except Sunday.
For orders done before 3pm, processing day will be counted on that day. For orders done after 3pm, processing day will start on the next business day.
Returns are not allowed unless there is a product defect. We work on a case by case basis for any return request. Please WhatsApp text us at +65 93729406 for any product issues and send pictures of the items for us to verify.
We are pleased to accept timely exchanges of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you receive your order for all orders made in Singapore. We don't allow exchanges for different designs and colors. We only allow exchanges for a different shoe size.

Please note that your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, menu, coupons/vouchers, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery shall not be eligible for exchanges. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange and any request for a refund.
For international exchanges, you are responsible for postage costs of returned or exchanged items. Please text or email us and let us know the details of the items you receive and how you want to ship the items back to us.
Items purchased with promotional codes and sales items are not eligible for exchanges.
